Gut Healing Elixir
Roz has made this recipe super easy to make, using very simple ingredients which makes including it in your everyday diet achievable and affordable.
Ingredients

500 g Chicken Bone Broth ( I used Best Bones Broth)

1 teaspoon fresh turmeric, finely grated

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, finely grated

2 large carrots, grated

150 g pumpkin, grated

1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped

2 teaspoons sea salt

generous grind black pepper

3 tablespoons good quality olive oil
Method

Add all the ingredients to a large sauce pan and simmer gently with the lid on for 15-20 minutes.
