Gut Healing Recipe

Paired with the anti-inflammatory properties of turmeric and ginger, this soup is the perfect "Gut Health Elixir" to enjoy any time of day - even breakfast!
Roz has made this recipe super easy to make, using very simple ingredients which makes including it in your everyday diet achievable and affordable.



  • 500 g Chicken Bone Broth ( I used Best Bones Broth)

  • 1 teaspoon fresh turmeric, finely grated

  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, finely grated 

  • 2 large carrots, grated

  • 150 g pumpkin, grated

  • 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped

  • 2 teaspoons sea salt

  • generous grind black pepper

  • 3 tablespoons good quality olive oil



  1. Add all the ingredients to a large sauce pan and simmer gently with the lid on for 15-20 minutes.
