Serves 2-3 | GF, DF, RSF



  • 4 cups bone broth
  • ½ kg shredded free-range chicken
  • 1 handful chopped basil (stem removed)
  • Pinch of Himalayan pink salt
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1½  Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp tahini
  • 1cm grated ginger
  • 1cm grated lemongrass
  • A bunch of tat soi or boy choi
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 3 carrots, diced
  • 3 celery sticks, diced


  1. On mid-heat, melt bone broth in a pot while you chop vegetables.
  2. Add all other ingredients and leave for forty minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Enjoy!
