Nourishing Bone Broth Soup
Serves 2-3 | GF, DF, RSF
Ingredients
- 4 cups bone broth
- ½ kg shredded free-range chicken
- 1 handful chopped basil (stem removed)
- Pinch of Himalayan pink salt
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1½ Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp tahini
- 1cm grated ginger
- 1cm grated lemongrass
- A bunch of tat soi or boy choi
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 3 carrots, diced
- 3 celery sticks, diced
Directions
- On mid-heat, melt bone broth in a pot while you chop vegetables.
- Add all other ingredients and leave for forty minutes, stirring occasionally.
