Restorative Miso Broth

Ingredients
  • 250ml Best Bones Broth Organic Chicken or Organic Beef
  • 1tsp Miso Paste
  • Grated Ginger
  • Lemon 

Method

  1. Bring broth to a simmer with the grated ginger, turn off the heat.
  2. Add a generous squeeze of lemon and the miso paste then give it all a good whisk.
  3. Whisk in an egg to make it rich and creamy with a great protein boost. Go on, add the chilli flakes!
OPTIONAL TASTY ADDITIONS
Chilli flakes, wakame/karengo flakes, egg.
